Work Experience

These are the sample admin works I have done over the years of working with different companies and clients.

Work  01

Instagram Influencer Specialist

I was tasked to find SF Bay area moms with blogs that have social media accounts with more 10k followers. I use PeopleMap, Triberr, NinjaOutReach, and Heepsy to make the work easier and input them on excel.

Work 02

Office Clerk

I made an inventory for motor parts in my company. The first thing I did was to count every single item in the store, then input them in our system with all the necessary information and every month I make a report on how many items are still available and if not I'll make a report to purchase the product again.

Office Clerk

My job for this client was to record all his expenses for his 5 farms every day with certain information like the date, particularly what do they do with the money, how much was spend and who was in-charged. I prepared it in excel form to be more organized and easy to view by my client.

Bookkeeper

I am new to bookkeeping world and has zero knowledge about it but it didn't hinder me to make a quality result.

Every employers in the Philippines are required to provide their employees social welfare services so each month I will make a report about the employers share and the deducted salary amount of the employees and pay it to three agencies.
